SportSyncAI ("we", "us") operates the free sport identity quiz, AI coach, and community discovery tools at sportsyncai.site. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
SportSyncAI is a free tool that uses a behavioral psychology quiz to suggest a sport that may fit your personality, and an AI coach that helps you act on that suggestion. It also lists real sports communities and venues. The quiz, the report, and the AI coach are provided at no cost — no payment is currently required to use any part of the product.
SportSyncAI is not a medical, fitness, or psychological professional, and nothing on this site is medical or psychological advice. Sport recommendations are based on self-reported answers and, if you connect it, health data from your own device — they are not a substitute for a doctor's or physical therapist's judgment, especially if you have an injury or health condition. Always use your own judgment before starting a new physical activity.
The quiz and AI coach give their best real read based on what you share — they can still be wrong, incomplete, or not match how you actually feel about a sport. We do not guarantee that any specific recommendation will suit you.
Venue and community information shown in the app (contact details, ratings, activity types) reflects real, sourced listings we verify when added. We do not guarantee a listing stays accurate over time — always confirm directly with the venue or group before showing up.
You must not use SportSyncAI to:
What happens. Every report is reviewed by our team. If you break these rules we remove your account without warning, and we may block your device, phone number, email and IP address from creating a new account. A conversation that has been reported is kept until we finish our review, even if an account in it is deleted, so evidence can't be erased. Where the law requires, we pass information to the authorities.
Reporting. Use Report, or Block and report, on anyone's profile. The person you report is never told who reported them.
When you ask us to, we contact a venue or community for you — to book, ask a question, or sort out a problem — and stand on your side until it's settled. We share only what the request needs (for example your first name and the time you want). We can't guarantee the outcome: the venue makes its own decisions. Our AI assistant handles your request and replies for us; it says it is SportSyncAI's assistant and never pretends to be a person. If it can't settle something, our team steps in within 2 working days.
The quiz read, the coach and the optional check-in chat use AI models (including OpenAI, Anthropic and DeepSeek). AI can be wrong. Your health and watch numbers are never sent to any AI; in the check-in chat, only the words you choose to type are. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You can delete your account at any time: Profile → ⚙︎ → Delete my account. It can't be undone. What is removed and what is kept is listed in the Privacy Policy.
We may update the service or these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the current terms.
