For Partners

We help turn your wearable from a tracking device into an ongoing sports decision system

SportSync AI turns behavioral and physiological signals into a personalized sport identity — then matches that identity to real places to play.

What SportSync is

Not a recommendation widget. A shared coordinate system.

A person is encoded as a behavioral vector. Every sport is encoded in the same space. A match is the distance between the two points — not a quiz-to-category lookup.

Asset 01

The identity engine

A live seven-dimension behavioral model. Person and sport are stored the same way; matching is distance in one space. Running in production behind every result on the site.

Asset 02

The place graph

590+ venues and 200+ community groups across 20+ Saudi cities, 86 sports — with schedules, contacts and ratings. 400+ venues in Riyadh alone.

Asset 03

The sport-identity model

Any sport — not a fixed list — can be placed into the same axis space as the person. The method is the asset, not a row count.

For wearable & data partners

Your device knows the numbers. It doesn't know the person.

Wearables tell a user their recovery score and their sleep debt — not which sport fits who they actually are. That layer is psychology, a sport model, and a venue graph, not a sensor problem. It's what we build.

You bring

  • The consented data stream — heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts, readiness
  • An engaged user base and an in-app surface to place a feature
  • The retention metric you already care about

SportSync returns

  • A per-user sport identity, sharpened by real movement data — past what any questionnaire reaches
  • One specific sport recommendation with the reasoning behind it
  • Real venues and communities to act on it — surfaced inside your app, as your feature

What does integration cost?

The core engine is built once and reused. The partner-specific piece — mapping your data schema into the axis space, and our output into your app surface — is scoped separately. It is not a custom software project.

What about the data?

Consent-based and cohort-scoped — only what the match needs. And the recommendation is partner-agnostic: it serves the person, never steered by anything you sell.

Also relevant if you run a multi-sport academy, club, or booking platform — the same engine, pointed at activation and repeat bookings instead of device engagement.

How a pilot runs

Not an enterprise contract — a measured experiment

We don't assume SportSync increases engagement. We measure it, on one opt-in cohort, against a baseline.

STEP 1

Establish the baseline

Pick one user cohort and the metric that matters — feature adoption, session frequency, retention. Measure it as it is today.

STEP 2

Deploy the identity layer

The cohort gets their sport identity and recommendation inside your app. 30–60 days.

STEP 3

Measure the difference

Cohort-with-layer vs. baseline. No measurable value, no reason to scale. Measurable value, we expand.

Pilot
30–60 days, one cohort, one metric.
Platform
Monthly recurring once the pilot proves out.
Performance
Pricing tied to the outcomes we move.

See it live

The engine is already running on real people

The consumer product is the proof. The quiz produces the behavioral read; the AI coach runs a real multi-turn discovery conversation and names one specific sport with its reasoning.

Questions

Partnership FAQ

What is SportSync AI?
The intelligence layer for sport. It encodes a person as a behavioral vector, encodes every sport in the same space, and matches on distance — then connects the match to real venues and communities. A consumer quiz and an AI coach run on that same engine today.
What does SportSync AI offer a wearable or fitness company?
A per-user sport identity built from your consented data stream — heart rate, HRV, sleep, workouts — plus one specific sport recommendation with its reasoning, and real places to act on it. It's surfaced inside your own app, as your feature: the "which sport fits this person" layer most wearables don't build.
How does the matching engine work?
A person's answers, and optionally two weeks of wearable data, resolve into scores on seven behavioral axes. Every sport carries values on the same axes, so a match is the nearest point, with the reasons it's near. Quiz-only lands around 70% match confidence; with wearable data it moves past 90%. How does a SportSync AI pilot work?
A 30–60 day measured experiment on one opt-in user cohort. Establish a baseline on the metric that matters — feature adoption, session frequency, retention — deploy the identity layer to the cohort, then compare. No measurable value, no reason to scale. Measurable value, we expand.
What does pricing look like?
Three stages: a fixed-scope pilot, then monthly platform pricing once the pilot proves out, then optionally performance pricing tied to the outcomes moved.
Does SportSync AI recommend sports that its partners sell?
No. The recommendation is partner-agnostic — it serves the person and is never steered by a partner's inventory. Partners are the execution layer, not the source of the match.
How is user data handled in a partnership?
Consent-based and cohort-scoped — only the signals the match needs. Integration maps your data schema into the axis space; the core engine is built once and reused, so it's not a custom software project.
What regions does the venue and community data cover?
Saudi Arabia — 590+ venues and 200+ community groups across 20+ cities, covering 86 sports, with 400+ venues in Riyadh. Expanding.
