This page describes, as plainly as we can, what data SportSyncAI actually collects and what we do with it. We only describe real, current practice below — nothing here is a claim of a formal certification (like GDPR or CCPA compliance) we haven't independently verified.

What we collect

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in Upstash Redis, a managed database provider. Your quiz result and coach conversation are keyed to a random, unguessable ID generated for you — not your name.

How it's used

• To generate your sport recommendation and personality report.
• To let the AI coach hold a real conversation with you about your result.
• To email you your report or a follow-up, only if you gave us an email.
• To understand, in aggregate, which parts of the product people actually use.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We have not found any third-party advertising trackers in the product as of this writing.

Third-party services we use

To run the product, some of your data passes through infrastructure providers we use to build it: Upstash (database), Vercel (hosting), and AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or a local model) that process quiz answers and coach messages to generate your personalized results. These providers process data on our behalf — we don't hand your data to them for their own separate use.

Your choices

• The quiz and report work without ever giving us your email — you get a private result link instead.
• If you gave us your email and want it removed from future emails, use the unsubscribe link included in any email we send, or write to us below.
• To ask us to delete your data entirely, contact us at the email below with your result link or account email.
